Who are Diversity Solutions?

Diversity Solutions, an offshoot of Stafford Long & Partners, was started with a single purpose: to connect major organisations across all sectors with diverse talent. How do we do that? Through a huge range of services, including internal training, thoughtful marketing tools (such as web content, films or social media), and a variety of career events throughout the year. Whatever you need, one thing’s for sure: we’ll help you provide opportunities for all kinds of diverse groups and create a truly inclusive culture

Inter-firm events

Our inter-firm events bring companies together to collaborate on overcoming industry-wide diversity and inclusion issues.

Through these events, we’ll help you attract and empower high-achieving students from lower socio-economic backgrounds; students with disabilities; students of BAME heritage; and students who identity as LGBTQ+. We manage all events from start to finish – including the application process – so all that’s left for you to do is turn up on the day and meet top student talent from exactly the group you want to reach.

Bespoke events

In a nutshell, our bespoke events are designed to match your needs.

We organise insight days, skills sessions and networking events for individual companies looking to attract a specific demographic. It’s seen us work with organisations spanning the public, private and third sectors, supporting their talent attraction needs from emerging talent to experienced hires. Recent examples include:

Accenture BAME Insight Day

We invited final-year BAME students with an interest in Accenture careers to attend an insight day at the firm’s London office. The event included a skills session, panel discussion and networking session, all designed to welcome students to working life at Accenture.

Training

To attract and recruit diverse talent, having an inclusive culture is key. We’re talking about a culture where everyone values difference, and there’s a feeling of real belonging.
