What’s it about?

Our LGBTQ+ interbank event, Inside and Out, will be eleven years old this summer.
The first event made national headlines, and it’s been going from strength to
 strength ever since. We help participating firms’ Pride networks engage directly
 with top talent from the LGBTQ+ student community, to challenge traditional
 perceptions of the banking industry.

As our largest student diversity event that originated over seven years ago,
FreshLook sets the standard. It’s a trailblazing, profile-raising interbank event,
designed to introduce first-year female-identifying students to the full range of careers in
investment banking. Last year alone, over a third of attendees went on to gain
internships with participating firms.

Teachers are also invited to accompany you during the informational and interactive group sessions, all aimed to teach you about the different roles in banking.

This is an internship and graduate event for high-potential students of black
heritage considering careers in the City. Run in partnership with Elevation
Networks, the event includes informative presentations, panel discussions and
informal networking. It gives attendees the chance to learn from, and connect
with, professionals working in banking, consultancy, asset management, oil and
 gas.
