Becoming a more inclusive industry is a big task. But when we work together, we’re capable of creating real, widespread change. This is one of reasons why we create inter-firm events. It’s about bringing companies together, and collaborating in order to overcome the problem. Whether it’s uniting financial companies to bring more women into banking, or law firms to encourage people with disabilities within the workplace – we've got it covered.
Throughout the year, we run several inter-firm events with well-known organisations. We’re always want to welcome other companies to the cause, and we’re always looking for new ways to branch out and work across different industries.
